On-demand · Done for you

Two ways to get the work done without hiring for it.

Either we run the application for you and hand back finished output — or we give you an offshore team on the clock that extends the people you already have.

Both are billed on measured hours, both are visible to you daily, and both come with named people you can talk to.

Model one · Done for you

You don't operate the software. We do — you get the output.

A dedicated back-office team, on-site or offshore, runs the application end to end. You share the inputs and the requirement; you receive estimates, BOQs, processed transactions and reports as finished work. Nobody on your side has to learn the system.

Model two · Offshore team

You have the requirement and the manager. We supply the resources.

Your ERP or application needs an enhancement, the functionality is clear, and you have someone to manage it — but not the people to build it. Draw on our pool instead: one developer, a handful, or a mixed squad. You direct the work; we supply, host and account for the hours.

How the engagement runs

From role request to invoice — every stage visible to your manager.

Changing the workforce
No renegotiation — the same engagement continues

A resource can be swapped, added or dropped mid-engagement through a defined workflow — and the workflow itself is re-cut as the workforce changes, so the plan always reflects who is actually on the team.

Hours & billing

You are billed for hours worked — and you can see every one of them.

Attendance and timesheets are captured in our own application. The client side of that application is yours: you watch the work as it happens rather than waiting for a month-end summary.

Communication

Two channels, always open — to the resource and to us.

Offshore fails when it goes quiet. Your manager talks directly to the people doing the work, and separately to an engagement lead on our side who owns delivery, cover and escalation.

Start with one role

Tell us the gap. We'll propose the shape of the team.

Send the requirement and the technologies involved. You'll get proposed profiles, an hourly rate per role and a start date — no minimum squad size.
